As a local agent in the area, we were proud to have been instructed by one of the largest up and coming Build to Rent companies’ to assist them with filling the building whilst ensuring that each tenant met the required criteria in order to rent from the building.
At the time we were instructed, the criteria tenants needed to make were as follows:
– They must have either lived AND/OR worked in the Westminster borough for the past 12 months
– They must have a household income of no more than £90k per annum per household, if you are two sharers in a two bedroom, you can still each earn up to £90k per annum
– They must not own any property
With our tailored and proactive marketing approach, we were successfully able to fill the remaining 70% of the building within 6 months.
Since the building was filled, we have continued to assist with finding new tenants for the building to ensure that their voids are kept to an absolute minimum.
