A little bit about myself and my experience… I have been involved in property since 2010, gaining experience from working within different types of estate agencies from well-established corporates with multiple offices, to new office start-ups, one of those being one of the largest franchises in the UK as well as a bespoke agency operating in the borough of Westminster. I specialise in sales, lettings and property management and am Propertymark qualified. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and keeping fit by playing football and going to the gym. Hi, I am Arun. I have been involved with property since 2004 when I first qualified as a mortgage broker. For many years, I worked with several clients, specialising in helping them grow their buy to let portfolio’s. I first met Alastair whilst investing in property in 2016 and built a great working relationship, before we decided to open Intra Capital Estates together in 2019. I am now working with both local and international clients, sourcing property, whether it be for their next home or investment. I take care of the whole journey, from sourcing, to negotiating, to refurb and finally, remarketing. In my spare time I enjoy gardening, eating out and spending time with my family.

Bonjour, je m'appelle Novia! I am originally from Mauritius and moved to London in 2007 and have not looked back! Apart from missing my family and the sunshine, I love London life and everything it has to offer, although my team do often laugh when I say it is cold even in the summer! I have worked in property management for over 16 years and have gained experience with large corporates as well as the largest national letting agency in the UK. I started with Intra Capital Estates in 2022 and love what we are looking to offer our clients – a personal and bespoke service. In my spare time I enjoy cleaning (don’t laugh), walking, doing yoga and relaxing. I also enjoy spending time with my family.

Hello, mahal na makilala ka! I am Sheila, originally from the Philippines. I joined Intra Capital Estates in 2023. My role here is to assist with property management issues and to help find a solution as quickly as possible, whilst keeping everyone up to date. I love helping people so this goes hand in hand! In my spare time I love cooking, spending time with my family and watching crime documentaries.
